About Quinn
The Start
I started my ceramics journey my senior year of high school, not thinking anything of it. Soon enough, I realized how much I love working with ceramics and making it my own. I am now in my sophomore year of college studying Studio Arts with the focus on Sculpture and Ceramics!
Inspirations
Much of my inspiration comes from the places I’ve traveled—each landscape, city, and quiet corner offering its own textures, colors, and rhythms. Music also plays a vital role in my creative process, often setting the emotional tone or sparking the initial vision for a piece. I also grab inspiration for many of my pieces from my own life experiences.
Goals
As I am in college right now, I hope to get the opportunity to study abroad and learn traditional ceramic techniques to broaden my understanding and be able to get the cultural experience to put into my work.
